About ME

Hi! I'm Maddi, your new bestie behind the camera! I am based out of Raceland, Louisiana. I have the most supportive husband, and we have the sweetest little boy. I have always loved capturing life's moments, but started taking my photography more seriously in 2022. I was a high-school teacher until I went full time with Maddi Claire Photography in the end of 2024! Since then, it's been full steam ahead!

I want to capture ALL your moments, from your fresh 48's in the hospital all the way to an extended family session where we see what 50+ years of marriage can take you! I have found a true love for baby milestones + senior photography. I always try to grab those "picture perfect" shots of course...the ones where everyone is posed and smiling. BUT, my favorite is your genuine moments of love & laughter. Your 6 month old's crinkled nose smile, a family picture where the two year old is being a two year old, or your seniors genuine laugh when I make a lame joke during their session.
